AI access has company controls in addition to each user’s role and token.
Access modes
Section titled “Access modes”| Mode | Effect |
|---|---|
| Off | Existing tokens stop working and users cannot create another one. |
| Read only | Connections can read records that their user may read, but cannot create or change records. |
| Full | Each token follows its own Full or Read only choice, still limited by its user’s role. |
Data controls
Section titled “Data controls”Sensitive personal fields are withheld by default. A separate company control can share them. A daily record limit applies across the company’s connections and resets on the company’s calendar day.
Current administration
Section titled “Current administration”There is no company AI settings screen in easySales. If AI access is absent from My Profile, or the card says access is off, ask your easySales administrator to confirm whether the company is enabled. You can still Disconnect a token while access is off.
Changing the company mode takes effect on the next call. Turning access back on does not restore a token that was disconnected or permanently revoked.
