easySales keeps the paperwork of a sale in one place: who your customers are, what you offered them, what you invoiced, and what they have paid. You work down one path — account, contact, quotation, invoice, payment, receipt — and the records left behind tell you who still owes you money.
Your first 30 minutes
Section titled “Your first 30 minutes”Nine steps with one real customer. Start at the top and do not skip.

- Look around the workspace before you type anything.
- Create the account — the company or person you are selling to.
- Add the contact — the person you actually write to.
- Create a quotation with the lines you are offering.
- Preview the quotation PDF and send it to your customer.
- Raise the invoice once the customer agrees.
- Record the payment when the money arrives.
- Give the receipt back to the customer.
