AI data sharing

本页尚未翻译成中文,以下为英文原文。

Connecting an AI assistant sends business data that you request to the AI service you chose. easySales controls which fields it returns and records AI-made changes, but the AI service controls what happens after it receives the data.

The server treats stored text as data. It does not decide whether a remark, description or term is trustworthy, and it does not promise to detect instructions hidden in business text.

Sharing has four boundaries:

Data Shared?
Passwords, access tokens, plan and billing details, other users’ contact details, audit records and attachment files Never
A contact’s date of birth, gender, income, marital status and number of children Off by default; the company setting may allow it
Customer e-mail addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses and registration numbers Yes, when the requested record is visible to you
Documents, amounts, lines, statuses, remarks and terms Yes, when the requested record is visible to you

Search results omit long remarks and descriptions. Open a single record when that text is needed.

Your role and record visibility remain the first boundary. Read only narrows a connection further. Full access permits the same actions as your account, and the AI client is responsible for asking you to confirm an action before it sends the request.

AI-made changes appear in History and Audit trail with a via AI label. This provides traceability; it does not make an unsafe instruction safe.

AI service is the external tool you choose. Token is the secret that connects it. Full and Read only are the two access choices.

The daily record limit slows large extraction; it does not guarantee that data already sent cannot leave the AI service. Disconnecting a token stops future calls but does not remove data already received by that service.

Tokens are managed in My Profile under AI access. AI changes carry via AI in the record’s History and in Audit trail.
