When a document prints in Japanese

An issued document	The language of the country it was issued under, even if the country changes later
Receipts, statements, purchase orders and delivery orders	English

Your tax country is set when your company signs up and is shown under System settings → Tax. See Company and tax.

What stays the same

Your own words win. A title or label you typed yourself in a document design or standard template prints exactly as you wrote it. Only the wording easySales supplies is translated. See Letterhead and designs.
Amounts and tax details. Figures, the tax per rate, the 登録番号 T registration number and the ※ reduced-rate mark print as described in Japan qualified invoices.
The app itself. The language each person uses easySales in is their own choice under My profile, and does not change the PDF.
Documents of other countries print in English, as before.
