Use easySales on your phone
Copy for AI
easySales runs in your phone’s browser, with nothing to install. It is at its best for quick jobs away from your desk: reading up on a customer before you walk in, noting a call while you still remember it, and answering “what do we owe you?”.
How to do it
Section titled “How to do it”- Sign in once in the phone’s browser. The menu opens as a drawer from the button at the top left, and lists show each record as a compact entry you tap to open.
- Look up a customer before a meeting. Tap the search button in the top bar and type part of the name. On the account, the Activities tab shows recent notes, calls and tasks, newest first.
- Log a call straight after it. On the account, contact or invoice, open the ··· menu and choose Log communication. Set the Channel to Phone, write what was agreed, and tick Also create a next-step task to book the follow-up. Select Save communication.
- Check what a customer owes. Open the account: Outstanding and Overdue sit under its heading. Statement, in the ··· menu, opens the customer’s statement for a period, ready to download as a PDF and send.
A few things are left to the computer: List Column Setting and the Help Centre button are not shown on a phone.
Why it helps
Section titled “Why it helps”A call logged in the car park is more accurate than one remembered at the end of the day, and the next-step task means the follow-up is not forgotten. Your colleagues see the same record a minute later, so nobody calls the customer twice about the same thing.
Example
Section titled “Example”Daniel Lim has a meeting at Harbour Café at 10:00. At 9:50, outside, he searches “harbour” on his phone, opens the account and sees Overdue SGD 2,260.00, so he can raise it politely. After the meeting he chooses Log communication, notes that the café will pay by Friday, and ticks Also create a next-step task with Next step due set to Friday, to check the payment came in.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”- Is there an easySales app for my phone? easySales runs in the phone’s browser, signed in as on a computer; there is nothing to install.
