Use this page to sign your company up for easySales. The trial is free for 30 days and needs no card; what happens when it ends is on Trial and subscription.

  • Have a Work e-mail you can open now, and a mobile phone that receives text messages. The Mobile number must be issued in the country you choose; landline and overseas numbers are refused.
  • Decide your company’s Country and Base currency. They set your tax rules, document formats and reports, and cannot be changed later: a mistake means starting a new account.
  • The sign-up page is in English and 简体中文. Use its language switch to change.
  • The person who signs up becomes the company’s administrator.
  1. On the easySales website, select Start free trial. The Start your free trial page opens.
  2. Enter the Company name and choose the Country; the list shows the countries open for sign-up. The base currency for that country is suggested; to use another, select Change.
  3. Enter Your name, your Work e-mail and your Mobile number. The calling code follows the country you chose. Beside the number the page says: We will text a one-time verification code to this number, only to verify your sign-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Choose a Password of at least 8 characters.
  5. If the page shows Referral code (optional) and a colleague or partner gave you a code, type it there. A referral link fills it in for you.
  6. Complete Verify you are human, tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy., and select Continue.
  7. On Check your e-mail, enter the 6-digit code from your inbox in E-mail code and select Verify e-mail. The code expires in 15 minutes.
  8. On Verify your mobile number, enter the SMS code and select Verify. To send the code to a corrected number, select Edit, enter the number and select Send code.
  9. On Confirm your account settings, check the company, country, base currency and administrator. Tick I understand and confirm … and select Create my account.
  10. Your account is ready shows the date your trial ends. Select Sign in and sign in with your work e-mail and the password you chose.
  • Your company has its own new workspace, and you are its administrator. A welcome e-mail repeats the details from the last screen. Sign in opens the sign-in page with your work e-mail already filled in.
  • The company starts as not registered for tax, so no tax is charged until an administrator adds your registration under System settings → Tax — see Company and tax.
  • The Dashboard shows you the Get started with easySales checklist until your company issues its first invoice — see Dashboard.
  • Add your colleagues under User accounts; see User accounts.
  • A Trial tag sits beside the easySales logo during the trial. From seven days before the trial ends, a banner at the top of the app shows the end date and Choose a plan. To pay earlier, see Choose a plan.
  • When the trial ends without a plan, the company is suspended: only administrators can sign in, and your data is kept.
  • Nothing on the page says whether an address already has an account. If the details have already been used, sign-up answers We can’t create an account with these details; sign in instead.
  • A wrong code shows how many attempts are left; each code takes five wrong attempts. After that, request a new code. You can ask for another code after a minute: send again for e-mail, Resend code for SMS.
  • The SMS code expires in 10 minutes. A sign-up expires 24 hours after you select Continue; after that, select Start again.
  • A referral code never stops a sign-up. A code that is not valid is ignored, and your trial is the same as signing up directly.

Country and base currency are fixed because your records are built on them. The country decides which tax rules your documents follow, and every amount in your reports is counted in the base currency. Changing either after documents exist would put old and new records on different footings, so easySales asks you to confirm both twice before the account is created.

Each code proves something different. The e-mail code shows the address is yours — it is where your welcome e-mail and any password reset link will go. The SMS code ties the sign-up to a real mobile number issued in the country you chose.

The page never confirms who already has an account. It answers every address the same way, so nobody can use the sign-up form to find out whether you or your colleagues use easySales.

What you agreed to is kept on record. easySales records your agreement to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the text-message notice, with the version and language of the wording you were shown and when, so there is a clear answer if the question is ever asked.

  • Sign in straight from the last screen. Sign in on Your account is ready fills in your work e-mail for you. See Sign in.
  • Follow the checklist on the Dashboard. Get started with easySales opens company details, document settings, document numbers and the import, one step at a time. See Dashboard.
  • Import your customers instead of typing them. System settings → Data import brings in accounts, contacts and products from an Excel or CSV file. See Data import.
  • Run one real job from quotation to receipt first. It shows you what to set up next. See Your first 30 minutes.
  • Add your colleagues early. Each person signs in as themselves, so their work is recorded under their own name. See User accounts.

Lim & Co signs up. Mei Tan opens the sign-up page and enters Lim & Co as the company. She chooses Singapore, and the page suggests SGD as the base currency, which is what the company’s accountant keeps the books in. She enters her name, her work e-mail and her Singapore mobile number, chooses a password, ticks the agreement and selects Continue. She types the e-mail code, then the SMS code. On Confirm your account settings she ticks I understand and confirm Singapore and SGD. and selects Create my account. Your account is ready shows the day her trial ends.

A mistyped mobile number. Daniel Lim signs up a second firm and drops a digit from his mobile number. On Verify your mobile number no text arrives, so he selects Edit, types the number again and selects Send code. The text-message notice appears beside the corrected number too. The new code arrives, he enters it in SMS code and selects Verify.

Billing overseas customers. Lim & Co designs a showroom for a client in Jakarta. Mei still keeps SGD as the base currency: an invoice can be issued in another currency, with an exchange rate to SGD, while the company’s own reports stay in SGD. See Currency and rates.
