Opportunities

An opportunity is a deal you are working on with a customer — its value, its stage and how likely it is to close. It can hold several quotations for the same deal.

Where to find it

Select Opportunities in the sidebar. Use Filters to narrow the list by stage, owner, value or date.

What you can do

Select New opportunity, or start one from an account.
Move it through the stages as the deal progresses, up to won or lost.
Create quotations from it, so they stay together under one deal.
Change its owner from the ··· menu.
