Invoicing knowledge
Copy for AI
These guides explain the rules behind everyday invoicing: when a proforma is enough, when tax is due on a deposit, how long to keep records and more. Each one compares Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, adds the tax rules of Malaysia and Brunei, and ends with links to the official sources it relies on and the date they were last checked.
They are general information, not tax or legal advice. Rules change and your situation may differ, so check the official source or ask your accountant before you rely on a guide.
