Letterhead and designs

Document templates decide how your letterhead, invoices and quotations look when printed.

Where to find it

Select System settings in the sidebar, then Document templates. The page has three cards: Letterhead, Invoice and Quotation. Each says which design is in use.

What you can do

Select Change and choose how the design is made: Use the built-in design, Design it in a form or Upload a Word file.
Select Preview to check the PDF, then Use this to put it into use. Nothing changes until you do.
Open Version history to see earlier designs and restore one.
