Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It greets you, shows when you last signed in, and counts the main records in your company.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Select Dashboard at the top of the sidebar.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”- The greeting and your last sign-in. Under the greeting, easySales shows when and from which address you last signed in. If that was not you, tell your administrator and change your password.
- The tiles. Up to seven counts: Leads, Client Accounts, Client Contacts, User Accounts, Opportunities, Quotations and Invoice. The tile names are shown in English.
- The performance chart. The panel General Performance in The Last 6 Months is empty for now and says No performance data yet.
Who sees which tiles
Section titled “Who sees which tiles”What you see depends on your role’s Dashboard List permission:
- All records — all seven tiles, counting the whole company.
- Own records only — three tiles: Opportunities, Quotations and Invoice, counting your own records.
- No access — no tiles and no sign-in line, only the greeting.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The sidebar entries Calendar, Tasks, Opportunities, Quotations and Invoices also carry counts when there is something to show.
- The counts are a starting point: open the list to see the records behind them.
