Use this page to start paying for easySales at the end of a trial, or to restore a suspended company. How a trial becomes a subscription is on Trial and subscription. To compare the plans and their prices first, see the pricing page.

  • You need System View and System Edit. When the company is read-only or suspended, only someone with the standard Administrator role can pay. Everyone else sees Please contact your company administrator.
  • Count the colleagues who need to work in easySales. You need at least one full seat for every user who is enabled; deactivate anyone who has left first, see User accounts.
  • Have a payment card ready. You enter it on Stripe’s page, not in easySales.
  1. Select Licence in the sidebar. In Billing, the card reads No plan yet. Select Choose a plan. The banner’s Choose a plan button opens the same panel.
  2. Under Billing period, choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. Under Plan, select a plan. Each one shows its price, excluding GST. A plan that cannot hold your enabled users says so and cannot be selected.
  4. Set Full seats. The panel shows how many full users are enabled now, which is the lowest number you can choose. Some plans have a fixed number of seats; the panel says so.
  5. Check the summary: the price per month or per year, any coupon that has been added for your company, and what is due today. Until Stripe has your company’s address, GST reads Calculated at checkout and the total reads Due today, before GST.
  6. Select Pay with Stripe. Stripe’s secure payment page opens in the same window.
  7. Enter your billing address and card details and pay. Stripe brings you back to the Licence page.
  • Payment received. It can take a minute for the new plan to show here. The Billing section then shows the plan and period, Full seats in use, and the next charge date with its breakdown.
  • The licence becomes Active, the trial or suspension banner goes, and all your data is kept.
  • The billing period starts on the day you pay and renews on the same date each month or year.
  • The tax invoice for the payment is under Charge history; see Payment and invoices.
  • If you leave Stripe’s page without paying, you see The payment was not completed, and nothing was charged.
  • Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude GST. Stripe adds 9% GST for companies in Singapore and none for overseas companies. The Stripe page shows the final amount.
  • The plan takes effect as soon as the payment goes through, even in the middle of a trial. The trial’s remaining days are not added to the paid period.
  • A coupon your company was given is applied when you pay; the panel names it before you pay. There is no field for typing a code of your own.
  • Stripe’s tax invoice is made out to your company as it is registered in easySales, not to the person whose card pays.
  • Payment is made by a person signed in to easySales in a browser. An AI app, a personal token or the built-in assistant cannot open billing.
  • To change plan or seats later, see Change plan or seats.

Every enabled user needs a seat. A full seat is a place for one person who works in easySales. The panel will not let you buy fewer seats than the users who are enabled, so nobody is locked out on the morning the plan starts. Deactivating a leaver first frees their seat, and you pay only for the people who still work with you.

Your billing date is the day you pay. The period starts when the payment goes through, so the renewal falls on the same date every month or year and is easy to plan for. A trial is free, so its unused days are not carried into the paid period.

Card details stay with Stripe, and so does the tax invoice. You type your card only on Stripe’s secure page, and easySales never sees the number. The same page asks for your billing address, which Stripe needs to work out GST and to issue a tax invoice in your company’s name for your own books.

Only an administrator can restore a frozen company. When a company is read-only or suspended, one clearly defined group of people, the standard Administrator role, can pay. They are also the only people who can sign in to a suspended company, so the person who sees the banner is someone who can act on it. Everyone else is told to contact them.

  • Start from the banner. From seven days before the trial ends, the banner’s Choose a plan opens the plan panel directly. See Trial and subscription.
  • Tidy the user list before you count seats. Deactivate people who have left, so the seat count starts from the people who really need easySales. See User accounts.
  • Check the Licence page’s usage first. Monthly usage and Usage on the Licence page show what your company has used, which helps you pick a plan that fits. See Your Licence.
  • Keep the tax invoice with your accounts. After paying, download the invoice from Charge history with PDF. See Payment and invoices.
  • Use the trial to set up. Add your colleagues and your first customers while the trial runs, so you start the paid plan ready to work. See Your first 30 minutes.

Lim & Co signs up on 1 March and enters its five designers during the trial. On 24 March Daniel Lim sees the banner, selects Choose a plan, chooses Monthly and sets Full seats to 5, the number of enabled users. He selects Pay with Stripe, enters the company’s address and card, and pays. Back on the Licence page, the plan shows as Active with Full seats: 5 (5 in use), and the first renewal falls on 24 April.

A seat count below the users enabled. Lim & Co’s trial company has seven enabled users, but two were interns who have left. Daniel tries to set Full seats to 5, and the panel will not go below 7. He deactivates the two interns under User accounts; once they are deactivated, the panel lets him choose 5.

Paying for a suspended company. Lim & Co’s trial ended on 31 March without a plan, so the company is suspended. Mei Tan, who does not have the Administrator role, cannot sign in. Daniel, who has the Administrator role, signs in, selects Choose a plan in the banner and pays. The company is restored at once and Mei can sign in again, with every record from the trial still there.

  • How much does easySales cost? The plans and their prices are on the pricing page. Before you pay, the plan panel on the Licence page shows each plan’s price excluding GST.
  • Can I pay before my free trial ends? Yes. The plan starts as soon as the payment goes through, and all your trial data is kept. The trial’s remaining days are not added to the paid period.
  • How many seats do I need? One full seat for every user who is enabled. The panel starts from that number, and you can add more seats later. See Change plan or seats.
  • Can I enter a promo code? There is no field for one. A coupon added for your company is named in the panel and applied when you pay.
  • Why can’t I see Choose a plan? You need System View and Edit, and while the company is read-only or suspended, the standard Administrator role. Others see Please contact your company administrator.
  • What if I close Stripe’s page without paying? Nothing is charged. You return to the Licence page with The payment was not completed, and nothing was charged. and can try again.
  • Whose name is on the tax invoice? Your company’s name as it is registered in easySales, not the cardholder’s. See Payment and invoices.
