Service contracts

A service contract records an ongoing agreement with a customer — maintenance, support, a subscription — with its period and status.

Where to find it

Select Service contracts in the sidebar. Filter the list by Status to find contracts that are active or have expired.

What you can do

Select New contract and fill in its customer, period and items.
Open a contract to review or update it.
Set up the list’s columns, including your own custom fields — see Lists and columns.
