How it works
- Get your link. If your company is an easySales customer and has made its first online payment, your administrator finds your referral link under System settings → Referral programme in the app. Not a customer? Contact us to become a referral partner.
- Share it. The company you refer signs up through your link, or types your code in the optional “Referral code” field at sign-up. It gets the normal 30-day free trial and normal prices, with no extra discount.
- Earn. When the company pays for its easySales subscription, you earn a reward on what it pays in the 12 months from its first payment. After a 60-day hold, a customer’s reward is added to its balance as credit, and a partner’s is paid in cash.

Programme terms
- Who can refer. There are two kinds of referrer. An easySales customer company refers through the referral link its administrator finds in the app, which appears once the company has made its first online payment. A referral partner is an individual promoter set up by us.
- Becoming a referral partner. We set up referral partners ourselves. Contact us to become one.
- Referral link and code. The company you refer signs up through your link, or types your referral code in the optional “Referral code” field at sign-up. It must register within 90 days of opening the link, and make its first payment within 180 days of registering.
- One referrer per company. The first valid link or code used at sign-up counts.
- What the referred company gets. The referred company gets the normal 30-day free trial and normal prices. There is no extra discount.
- Reward. A customer company earns account credit of 30%, and a referral partner earns 20% in cash, of what the referred company pays for its easySales subscription in its first 12 months from its first payment, excluding GST. AI top-ups and other charges that are not part of the subscription do not count, and neither do amounts paid with account credit.
- Holding period. Each reward is held for 60 days after the payment it comes from.
- Account credit. After the holding period, credit is added automatically to the referring company’s balance and used against its next easySales charges. It does not expire and is never paid out as cash.
- Partner payments. Partner cash is paid monthly by bank transfer in SGD once the available amount is at least S$65. We cover local transfer fees. The bank fee of an overseas transfer is deducted from the payment. We email each partner a monthly statement.
- Refunds and disputes. Refunds, credit notes and lost payment disputes reduce the reward. If the reward has already been credited or paid, the reduction is taken from later rewards.
- No reward. No reward is earned for referring yourself or a company you control or are part of (for example, the same people, the same email address or the same card), or for duplicate companies. Payments made while the referrer’s account or partnership is suspended or disabled never earn a reward.
- Misuse. We may withhold rewards obtained through spam, misleading advertising, bidding on our brand name or other abuse.
- Changes. We may change or end the programme for future referrals by giving notice on this page. Rewards already earned are honoured.
- Prices and currency. Prices exclude GST. Amounts are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
